Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment (embroidered pieces can take a little longer). Delivery in the U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
For now we ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $6.95, and orders of $85 or more ship free. Delivery estimates are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces are unisex. Use the size guide on each product page for flat measurements in inches. If you're between sizes or like a relaxed fit, size up.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before your order begins processing, so contact us right away. Once it is in processing it can't be changed or cancelled.
How do I care for my piece?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach, and do not iron directly on the print. Caps should be spot cleaned and air dried.
My order arrived with a problem. What now?
We'll make it right. Email us your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
